I've Got You Empowerment is a not-for-profit in Canberra, built around one idea — that you are the expert in your own life, and our job is to back you in living it.

I've Got You Empowerment Ltd is a not-for-profit dedicated to enhancing the lives of people living with disability across Canberra and the ACT. We provide warm, person-centred support that starts with your goals, your choices and your voice — never a one-size-fits-all service.
As a not-for-profit, every dollar goes back into our purpose: empowering independence and belonging. There are no shareholders to pay and no profit to take out — what comes in goes into supporting people.
We are small on purpose. It means the person supporting you knows you, the office knows your name, and if something isn't working you can tell us and we can actually change it.
Three things we won't budge on.
Support starts with what you want out of your life — not with what fits neatly into a roster. We plan around your goals and we check in on whether they've changed.
Trust takes time. We work hard to keep the same people alongside you, so you're not starting again with a stranger every fortnight.
Feedback and complaints are not a nuisance — they're how we get better. You can raise something with us any time, and it will be taken seriously.

Looking after your mental health is close to our heart. We walk alongside people managing anxiety, low mood, isolation and life's ups and downs — with patience, warmth and no judgement. Whether it's building a gentle routine, getting out and connecting, growing your confidence, or simply having someone reliable in your corner, we're here — person-centred, strengths-based, and always at your pace.
Self-care & wellbeing support
Our supported employment is the real deal. We employ people on NDIS plans in genuine, award-wage jobs — and we provide the support to help them thrive at work. Our crew takes on home & garden work, handyman odd jobs, rubbish removal, admin & office tasks and flyer delivery across Canberra. Every job is done by a participant working alongside an experienced support worker — so the work gets done with care, and someone living with disability earns a proper wage doing it.
