CareMaster Roster Controller

The NDIS support roster from CareMaster, on your phone, where a tap changes it.

  • The week, the next three days or one day, a row per participant or worker
  • Add a shift, with the right NDIS line item picked for the day and time
  • A suggested support worker — who usually works with that person, and is free
  • Move, reassign, or cancel with a reason code — a shift is never deleted
  • Every change written into CareMaster with who made it

Not sure which one you need?

If you are one of our crew doing rostered work, you want IGYE Crew. If you work for IGYE supporting other people, you want IGYE Workers. The last two are office apps and only open for the few people set up to use them — you will know if that is you. They are not the same thing: IGYE Crew Admin builds the crew's own work roster, while the CareMaster Roster Controller changes the NDIS support roster in CareMaster itself.

How it works

Pick your app above

That takes you to a page with a button and the exact steps for the phone you are holding.

Add it to your home screen

It goes on your phone like any other app, with the IGYE icon. It is free, and it does not use much space.

Open it and sign in

The first time you open it, it asks for your username and password. Use the ones the office gave you.

A few things worth knowing

You will not find us in the App Store or Google Play. Our apps install from this website instead. That is normal, and it is why the steps look a little different from what you might be used to.

You need a login from us. The apps are for IGYE crew and staff, so signing in needs a username and password the office has set up for you. If you have not been given one, or you have forgotten it, ring 0487 570 470 or email theteam@igye.org.

You can use it without installing. If your phone will not let you add it, you can still sign in through the website and everything works the same. Installing just makes it quicker to get to.
