The first time you open IGYE Admin it asks you to sign in with your igye.org administrator account — once. Everything inside opens from the Admin Hub without signing in again.
Two rosters live inside it, and they are not the same thing. Crew Admin is the crew's own work roster — IGYE's, and it never touches CareMaster; it needs roster access switched on for your account, which the Director does per person — if it sends you back to the Admin Hub, that switch is off. The CareMaster Roster Controller changes the NDIS support roster in CareMaster itself, where every change is real; it opens only for the people on its list.
Then remove the old icons. If your phone still has Crew Admin or Roster Ctrl on the home screen, delete them once IGYE Admin is on — they are the two apps this one replaced, and a phone will not merge them on its own.
